Student Obligations

As a student of apexobelisk, you agree to:

• Attendance: Attend scheduled classes regularly and punctually
• Respect: Treat instructors, staff, and fellow students with respect and courtesy
• Academic Integrity: Complete assignments honestly and avoid plagiarism or cheating
• Facility Care: Respect academy property and maintain a clean learning environment
• Payment: Pay all fees and charges on time as outlined in your enrolment agreement
• Communication: Provide accurate contact information and notify us of any changes
• Policies: Follow all academy policies and procedures

Students who fail to meet these obligations may be subject to disciplinary action, including suspension or termination from courses without refund.

Enrolment and Payment

Course enrolment is confirmed upon receipt of the required registration fee and first month's payment. All fees are due according to the payment schedule outlined in your enrolment agreement.

Payment methods accepted include bank transfer, credit card, and cash. Late payment may result in suspension from classes and additional fees. We reserve the right to refuse enrolment or terminate services for non-payment.

Refund policies vary by course type and timing of withdrawal. Please refer to your specific enrolment agreement for detailed refund terms.

Intellectual Property

All content provided by apexobelisk, including but not limited to course materials, lesson plans, handouts, audio recordings, video content, and digital resources, is the intellectual property of apexobelisk or its licensors and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

Students are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use course materials solely for personal educational purposes during their enrolment. You may not:

• Reproduce, distribute, or share course materials with third parties
• Record audio or video of classes without written permission
• Use materials for commercial purposes
• Modify or create derivative works from our content
• Remove copyright or proprietary notices

Violation of these intellectual property rights may result in immediate termination of services and legal action.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, you may have the right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence, and nothing in these Terms affects your rights as a consumer under applicable consumer protection laws.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including but not limited to:

• Breach of these Terms
• Non-payment of fees
• Disruptive or inappropriate behaviour
• Violation of academy policies
• Legal or regulatory requirements

You may terminate your enrolment at any time by providing written notice to apexobelisk. Refunds, if any, will be processed according to our refund policy as outlined in your enrolment agreement.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will cease immediately, and you must return any course materials in your possession.

Force Majeure

apexobelisk shall not be liable for any failure or delay in performance under these Terms which is due to fire, flood, earthquake, pandemic, government action, war, terrorism, or other causes that are beyond our reasonable control. In such circumstances, we will make reasonable efforts to resume normal operations and may offer alternative arrangements such as online classes where possible.

Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, the validity, legality, and enforceability of the remaining provisions shall not in any way be affected or impaired, and such provision shall be deemed modified to the minimum extent necessary to make such provision valid, legal, and enforceable.

Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and any specific enrolment agreements, constitute the entire agreement between you and apexobelisk regarding the use of our services and supersede all prior and contemporaneous written or oral agreements between you and apexobelisk.
